South African artist Taylor has made the country proud on an international stage.

South African singer Tyla is the woman of the moment. She released her hit song Water that went viral on tiktok and has remained relevant throughout 2023 into 2024.

The 2024 Grammys recognised the new artist from South Africa. Tayla was nominated for the best African music performance.

Water singer Tyla walked away from the Grammys with the best African music performance for her song Water. Online users were delighted in many congratulated her on social media.

Tyla has not been on the scene for long, as this is her first-ever music accolade. Many were raving that she started her career with a Grammy award.

Tyla has proved that she is a consistent performer. One of her latest songs to have a music video is Truth or Dare.

There was also a preview for a music video for her upcoming song, which featured musician Toss. Fans are excited to see what the young South African talent has in store.
