South African content creator “Mrs White” posted a video to her TikTok account where she detailed her expectations for the men she dates.
South Africans responded to the video dragging the influencer for her unrealistic standards when dating.
Who is Mrs White?
Kimberly Moyo, known on TikTok as Mrs White is a South African influencer, OnlyFans creator and founder of the store MrsWhite Boutique that sells weight-loss products. Kimberly Moyo starting growing her social media after graduating from Somatology and Beauty Therapy studies and the Sorbet Beauty and Health College. The social media personality has over 100 000 TikTok followers between her two accounts.
She is known for posting beauty and life style videos as well as dating advice which includes her strong opinions on how to attract well off men.
Twitter users not happy with Mrs White’s latest take
on 2 february 2024, Mrs White posted a video to her back up TikTok account @Mrs2hite_27, outlining everything she expects from the men she dates, saying if they don’t do those things she gets turned off. The OnlyFans model said:
“If you don’t open the door for me it’s chai… if you don’t buy me flowers it’s also chai for you baby… I don’t like asking, I do not date men that want me to ask”
She continued to list her other expectations saying she wants a man who will giver her a monthly allowance and pay for her coffee dates with friends without being asked to.
She also added:
“If you are not gonna buy me the Rolls Royce that I want It’s also chai cause whomst are you? Shut up! As a man you are gonna book those trips… and literally don’t care if we’ve just met”
Many users on X aka Twitter were unhappy with the her comments after the video reposted by @MbazimaThomason on 09 March 2024 started to trend.
“Relationships require reciprocation, if you can’t do all of that for him in return since it’s a must that he does it for you.” said @Nelzie101.

X user users body shame Mrs White
Many of the users who responded to the Influencer’s opinion resorted to making harsh remarks about her physical appearance, citing her supposed bad looks as the reason why her standards are outrageous.
@Sim Saliwa addressed the insults to Kimberly’s appearance saying:
“I wish we can disagree with Mrs White’s standards without insulting or body shaming her!”
“Mrs White’s standards are questionable but that doesn’t make it okay for people to body shame her. I really wish you could’ve found another way to disagreeing with her standards cause this ain’t it.” said @NY_cleoo
The comments about Mrs White’s appearance are concerning as most user’s are not simply saying her expectations are unreasonable, but rather that they are unacceptable on account of her physical appearance. The implication is that there are women who are allowed to have these standards and that the right to have these standards is afforded to those with smaller bodies.
Additionally, the fact that Mrs White did not mention physical or outer appearance and yet was met with an influx of comments about hers highlights the different values that men and women hold in our soiety especiallly when it comes to dating.
Men are valuable in terms of their resources and women are valuable in accordance to their perceived beauty and dating is a transaction between those two aspects. Both views are problematic and they prevent men and women alike from having healthy meaningful relationships that aren’t based on material or sexual benefits.
