A woman on X @seba_S_M wrote a post turning others that she was let down by Old Mutual. The lady detailed that she obtained a court order which stated that Old Mutual must release her mother’s funds.

Users on X were touched by the woman’s experience with Old Mutual and were floored by other instance of Old Mutual’s alleged mistreatment of a family. A netizen on X @_mashesha posted a video by News24 of a family that had to show their loved one’s body as proof that they passed and could claim.
