Donald Trump gets banned

In a 4-3 decision, the Colorado Supreme Court declared Donald Trump ineligible for the state’s presidential ballot. This ruling though controversial, hinges on the 14th Amendment’s Section 3. This amendment disqualifies those involved in “insurrection or rebellion” from federal office.
